Warranty

Barista Boss offers limited 1-year manufactures' s warranty on ALL electric products unless otherwise specified. In case of repair, Barista Boss, or one of our authorized repair facilities, will, upon receipt of the machine, repair the unit and return postage paid.

A chargeback fee of 20-30% will be assessed on all products returned incomplete and or damaged due to improper packaging. Unsold goods 1-year from date of purchase are non-refundable as well as discontinued items. All claims for damage, defective merchandise, errors or shortages must be directed to us no later than 3 days after receipt of merchandise. A fee of $15.00 per carton will be charged for undeliverable or refused orders.

All purchase orders paid with a credit card, PayPal, and financing are subject to a 4% fee for all items returned. 

 

Customers will have to return the merchandise to us on their expense within 5 business days. Open or used merchandise will be inspected upon arrival. We will then determine if the machine can be resold as new or as a demo. A 20% restock fee will be charge to any merchandise that has been open or used.

We will not accept any return that is not properly packed in a corrugated box!

Commercial use of items intended for home use voids the warranty.
